The Ideal skate shop is a straight up purveyor of rad shit that you should know about: a skater owned and operated underground shop around since 2004. We don't carry all major brands; we are not a mall store; we carry what we like; we support what we ride and what we trust. It's simply skateboarding, whether you're riding a P2 Flip, or a deck from our own six-year brand: Worship Skateboards. There's a Gallery located in the back of the Norwich store where you will find over 100 board graphics we've released. We're a family like all real skate scenes so come get to know us. We've raised a ton of money to bury the Prefab park in town. Our friends at Paprocki Concrete rebuilt the Norwich skate park and then built the Deep river park we lobbied for. Both are small but fun to ride, stop by and we'll give you directions. Come to our annual fundraiser contests and gnarbeques for each park, or visit our 2 shops. As our motto states: "Worship the Ideal, not the Idol."
